As parents, we know how important those moments are when you have a sliver of the day to yourself, and you want nothing more than a warm caffeinated beverage that’s bursting with flavour, and a moment to yourself.
We chose this bean in particular as a single-origin Ethiopian and roasted it on the lighter end of a ‘medium’ roast. Ethiopian beans are known for fruity, citrusy, and floral flavours (think blueberry, grape, orange, or white tea).
Ethiopian beans are typically a more premium bean as they commonly score higher on taste tests, there’s increasing demand, as well as stricter export laws and taxes - this leads to a slight increase on the price you pay for a bag.
We love making a great pourover with Party Time, but can be enjoyed just as much in any form e.g. French press, aeropress, espresso etc.
